Britta Bush is the vegan chef, kombucha brewmaster, and sourdough baker of Saucha, a company dedicated to using local and organic ingredients to create nourishing and delicious vegan offerings. She completed her Raw/Vegan Chef Training with Matthew Kenney in 2013.
