Christina Ravdas
Christina Ravdas, aka 'Rav', is originally from Tampa, Florida. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over eighteen years, including 13 years right here in Cayman.
Christina has worked at a wide range of bars mixing a variety of drinks during her career behind the wood. Whether it be a martini or beergarita, an old fashioned or a jagerbomb, Rav is your girl. Throughout her career, Rav has been on the opening team of no less than four bars and restaurants, and her roles have spanned from the back to the front of house working nearly every job code on the way. She is now proud co-owner of Cayman’s newest vegan kid on the block, The Edgy Vedge. She has curated a popular cocktail menu and is teaching people that you can in fact enjoy a delicious cocktail whilst eating vegan food. With The Edgy Vedge only opening in August 2022, Christina has a lot more to come when it comes to creative and crushable cocktails.
Christina competed in, and won, World Class in Cayman in 2022. She went on to represent Cayman in Australia on the world stage in the Global World Class Bartender of the Year 2022 Competition. The learning and experience that she has taken away from 2022 will resonate with her forever and she constantly strives towards the best. Her passion for local produce, cocktails, cooking, baking, and all things flavor are always influencing her creations.
