Manohar Maharjan
Born in Kathmandu, Nepal, Chef Mano began his culinary journey in 2004.After he concluded that, he moved to Dubai and began a course at the Sydney International College. In Dubai, he trained under Renowned Sushi chef Kent Lee at the Japango restaurant. After, he moved to Bermuda and whilst there, he worked at the Flying Fish Restaurant. Later, he went onto again practice his craft at the Origin Sushi restaurant in the British Virgin Islands.
In 2014, he moved to the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman, where he has strengthened and exemplified his sushi art and is Sous Chef at the Taikun restaurant.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking in the mountains in his native Nepal, and camping.
