Maureen Cubbon
Mo Cubbon is Canadian-born with the Cayman Islands being her home for over 18 years.
A passionate food advocate and culinary entrepreneur, things started to heat up in the kitchen for Chef Mo when she earned first place at the 2013 Cayman Cookout Cook-Off competition cooking for judges Eric Ripert, Anthony Bourdain, and José Andrés.
As Cayman Islands Ambassador for the Jamie Oliver Food Revolution, she created the Seed2Plate program for schools which promotes agriculture and cooking through hands on learning. Ms. Cubbon is the Director at Bestlife, a dynamic international consulting company focusing on food education through unique food based experiences and adventures.
