A two-times James Beard Award-nominated chef, Ron Hsu is Chef-Partner and Culinary Director of Atlanta's one-MICHELIN-star Lazy Betty and Humble Pie, a neighborhood restaurant offering chef-driven American dishes. Since opening in 2019, Lazy Betty has received great acclaim and become known for its creative tasting menus paired with an affable ambiance and service style. Ron was featured on Netflix’s cooking series “The Final Table” and is an advocate for equitable pay in the restaurant industry and creating sensory-inclusive restaurants.
