ALFREDO DI NARDO

Chef Alfredo di Nardo is a highly accomplished culinary artist with a passion for creating extraordinary dining experiences. His love for cooking was sparked in his childhood, spending countless hours in the kitchen with his grandmother, where he learned the essence of authentic Italian cuisine.

 

Alfredo graduated from the esteemed ALMA International Culinary School in Colorno, Italy before goint on to work at the three Michelin-starred Piazza Duomo in Piedmont and The French Laundry in San Francisco.

 

Chef Alfredo returned to his hometown of Pescara and partnered with his friend Fabrizio, launching Loasi, a successful beach club restaurant project and local favorite.

 

Seeking new challenges in Berlin, Alfredo served as sous chef at the exclusive Soho House for six years. Solidifying his reputation as a versatile chef capable of delivering exceptional dishes in a high-end environment.

 

In 2023, Chef Alfredo embarked on a new adventure, relocating to the Cayman Islands. He is now the Head Chef at Andiamo, a renowned restaurant inside the luxurious Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman. There, he continues to delight guests with his innovative approach to Italian cuisine, blending traditional flavors with modern techniques to create unforgettable dining experiences.
