FABRICE GUINCHARD

Fabrice Guinchard's passion for the culinary arts was ignited at a young age by its profound artistic elements. Over 11 years, he honed his skills as a member of the prestigious “Compagnons du Devoir and the Tour de France”. Today, he is dedicated to passing on his expertise to future generations.

In 2001, Fabrice and his spouse Catherine made the strategic decision to settle in Canada, where they played a key role in establishing a vocational institute for pastry and bakery professionals. By 2010, he had joined the Bridor group, sharing his confectionery skills with a discerning clientele.


In 2017 , he was named Academie Culinaire de France, one the culinary world’s highest honors. The Culinary Academy of France is a professional association that brings together chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers, and other culinary professionals in France. Its mission is to promote French cuisine, train and support culinary talents, and preserve French culinary heritage. It plays a significant role in passing down French culinary know-how and traditions.


In 2023, Fabrice began a new chapter in his career by joining Cuisine Solution. Fabrice is spearheading the introduction of new lines of healthy products based on bread and pastries. Recently, he has unveiled a groundbreaking innovation: a burger crafted from brioche dough cooked sous vide. This unprecedented creation signifies a major milestone in the culinary industry by blending ingenuity with unique flavors.
