CAROLINE WASTERSVED

Caroline was born in Sweden but really discovered her interest for wines in Spain where she studied at Escuela Superior de Hosteleria in Barcelona to become a Sommelier. Further studies with WSET, where she became the best student of the year, led to the decision of choosing Weinakademier in Austria for the Diploma studies. Caroline worked during 5 years at 3-Michelin Stars ABaC by Jordi Cruz as Sommelier where she had the opportunity to put in practice all her studies with an amazing wine cellar but took the decision to move to Andalucia to be able to explore more of the south of Spain and be closer to one of her favourite wine regions; Jerez. Caroline loves adventures and moved to Cayman Island to explore fine dining in the Caribbean and really loves the opportunity to combine the beautiful island life with working in one of the finest restaurants in the Caribbean.
