Chef Boobalan began his culinary journey at a young age, assisting in his family’s restaurant. Inspired by the aromatic spices of India, he pursued formal training at one of the country’s finest culinary schools.
After honing his skills in a prestigious Indian hotel, Boobalan expanded his horizons by joining a cruise ship. This global adventure allowed him to explore diverse flavors and culinary techniques from around the world. With a passion for blending traditional Indian spices with international influences, he creates unique dishes that tell a story of his travels and experiences.
In 2016, he joined the prestigious Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Here; he contributed to the success of various dining establishments, including the renowned Banquet, Andiamo, and Seven Restaurant. His commitment to learning and growing within the company has seen him rise through the ranks, and he
now serves as the Banquet Chef, Chef Boobalan s dedication to his craft and love for innovation continue to inspire and delight those who
taste his creations.
