Hossein Aimani’s passion for caviar was cultivated during his upbringing in Iran’s Caspian Sea region, where caviar was a cherished part of family meals. After moving to the United States in 1977 to pursue a degree in chemical engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, Hossein transitioned to managing a caviar company in New York City, overseeing the entire supply chain and building relationships with renowned chefs like Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin. In 1991, Hossein and his wife, Amy Arrow-Aimani, founded Paramount Caviar with a commitment to curating the highest quality caviar for Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hospitality brands, and discerning homes nationwide. With over three decades of experience, Hossein is known for personally selecting the finest caviar from around the world, ensuring an unparalleled focus on quality and luxury that has made Paramount Caviar a trusted partner to culinary icons and connoisseurs alike.
