BRANDON O’DANIEL

Brandon O'Daniel has craft and distilling in his blood, with a Kentucky spirits-
making tradition going back four generations. A Kentucky native with deep
roots in the wine and spirits industry, O’Daniel currently brings a legacy of
expertise to Nelson’s Green Brier in Nashville, Tennessee, and most recently,
to High West in Park City, Utah. Although his start in the industry began with
a master's degree in viticulture and enology from the University of Kentucky,
his passion for the art and science of distillation quickly led him to the spirits
industry, where he’s been leading top notch teams for over two decades. His
unique background in wine informs his approach to creating award-winning
absinthes, brandies, gins, liqueurs, whiskeys, and bourbons. He is known for
his innovative spirit and dedication to quality in the craft spirits world.
