Joining the team of Le Bernardin in 1996, Chef Eric Gestel currently holds the position of Culinary Director. He has been instrumental in maintaining and elevating Le Bernardin's esteemed reputation for over three decades. Most recently, under his leadership, the restaurant achieved the remarkable distinction of being ranked as the #1 restaurant in the world by La Liste in 2026.
