Originally from Lithuania, I was trained as a chef in the UK before finding my home in the Cayman Islands. With over a decade in the kitchen, I’m passionate about exploring the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean and blending them with global influences to create something uniquely my own. As the owner and chef of Murph’s Kitchen food truck, I bring island-inspired dishes to life, celebrating bold spices, fresh local ingredients, and the spirit of Caribbean cooking. My food reflects both my journey and my love for sharing good food and good vibes with the community.
