FEDERICO BACCIOCCHI

Federico joined The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman from Italy as the head chef at Andiamo. Chef Federico completed his Master’s Degree in Culinary Arts at the acclaimed ALMA by Gualtiero Marchesi, and was the Sous Chef of the Michelin Star restaurant: Nostrano by Stefano Ciotti. His attention to detail and creativity in the art of Italian cooking has offered him opportunities to work in several hotels and restaurants within the Middle East before joining us at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.
