Monica Morgan is the Corporate Chef for RATIONAL USA in the Sout Eastern U.S. where she shares her culinary expertise and deep knowledge of RATIONAL technology across six U.S. states and throughout the Caribbean. Driven by a passion for culinary excellence and innovation, Monica inspires chefs and foodservice professionals to explore the art of cooking and embrace modern techniques.
A proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Monica began in South Florida, where she spent eight years as a Culinary Consultant and Private Chef, creating exceptional dining experiences for a diverse clientele. Her professional journey also includes roles in prestigious hotels such as the JW Marriott Marquis Miami, and the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach These experiences enriched and refined her culinary repertoire.
In 2025, Monica was honored to serve as an official judge at the inaugural U.S. Culinary Open in Atlanta—the premier culinary competition in the United States—further cementing her influence and leadership in the industry.
