Stéphane Grattier is a passionate French baker whose love for bread goes far beyond the oven. Over the years, his dedication and creativity have earned him several international honors, including a Gold Medal from the Academie culinaire de France in 2021 and top placements in the World Bread Awards in both Las Vegas and New York. Named a World Bread Hero in 2020, Stéphane is also a proud member of the US Delegation to the Académie Culinaire de France. From competing in the Coupe Louis Lesaffre to crafting the perfect baguette, he continues to share his craft with heart and humility.
