A winner of multiple Cayman Culinary Awards of Excellence, including the prestigious "Chef of the Year" in 2010, he draws on over twenty years of experience in Caribbean, Asian, Mediterranean, and Japanese cuisines to redefine Cayman’s culinary scene with passion, creativity, and bold island flavours. A mentor to many, Chef Thushara embodies the spirit of Cayman.
