He brings more than 25 years of experience in the specialty food world, with a strong background in the restaurant industry. He is known for building high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and helping brands grow in a meaningful, sustainable way.

Since joining Sabatino, Vincent has elevated the company’s presence in North America by strengthening category leadership, expanding distribution, and championing data-driven sales strategies that connect Sabatino’s deep truffle expertise with evolving market needs. He works closely with Marketing, R&D, and Operations to bring innovative, high-quality truffle products to life while ensuring a seamless customer experience from orchard to table.
