LYNNETTE MARRERO
Lynnette Marrero is an award-winning mixologist, MasterClass.com educator, and industry leader known for her groundbreaking contributions to the world of cocktails and hospitality. In 2025, she was honored with the Bar & Restaurant Expo Industry Impact Award for her work advancing equity, innovation, and inclusion in the beverage industry.

She is the co-founder of Speed Rack, a global competition that highlights and supports women+ bartenders, serves as Liquid Creative Director for Aplós, a functional non-alcoholic spirits brand. Marrero serves as Beverage Director for the Raizado Festival, deeply rooted in uplifting unseen voices in hospitality. In 2023 she launched Delola, ready-to-drink cocktails developed in partnership with Jennifer Lopez.
Marrero’s cocktail programs at acclaimed restaurants like Llama Inn and Llama San have garnered national attention, including a James Beard Award semifinalist nod and regional recognition from Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards.
Her accolades include honors from James Beard Foundation, Wine Enthusiast, 50 Best Bars, and Drinks International’s Bar World 100. In 2025, she will open her first bar, Milly’s, in Brooklyn—a celebration of culture, community, and craft.
