Sylvain Leroy is an esteemed pastry professional with over 45 years of experience in the culinary pastry field. His illustrious career is marked by numerous accolades and significant contributions to the industry.

As the Vice President of the Academie Culinaire de France Delegation USA/Canada, a position he has held since 2001, Sylvain has played a pivotal role in advancing the art of pastry. His dedication to the craft was recognized in 2016 when he was awarded the prestigious title of Chevalier dans l'Ordre du Mérite Agricole.

​

In 2017, Sylvain was honored with a seat at the Academie Culinaire de France, further solidifying his influence and leadership within the culinary community. His expertise and skill have earned him several awards, including being named one of the Ten Best Pastry Chefs in the USA in 2011 and receiving the US Pastry Competition Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009.

Sylvain's commitment to excellence extends to his role as an advisor to the World Pastry Cup Team USA, which won the gold medal in Lyon in 2001. His guidance and mentorship have been instrumental in shaping the future of pastry professionals.

Currently serving as the Corporate Chef for Bridor USA, Sylvain Leroy continues to inspire and elevate the standards of pastry arts across the industry.
